DCAT Pauline Butler

Pauline Butler - Chair

Pauline has been married for 25 years to her husband Michael. They have three children, Michael, Daniel, and Rachel. She became a resident of Danvers on April Fool’s Day in 1995. She is the pas Regent and current Vice Regent and District Deputy for Catholic Daughters of America. She is a member of the Saint Vincent DePaul Society and past member of Highland PAC, Thorpe PAC, and SEPAC. She was also a religious education teacher for 23 years, her education and certification ranges from credit administration, business management, and early childhood education.

DCAT Scott Klemm

Scott Klemm - Clerk

Scott is the CEO of the FSILG Cooperative Inc., which is a cooperative purchasing company for independent residences associated with Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He was raised in Danvers and currently resides in Cambridge. He was Treasurer of the Danvers 250th Anniversary Celebration Executive Committee.

 

Scott was on the Incorporating Committee for DCAT and has since our incorporation served on the Board of Directors as Clerk of the Corporation.

Richard Drew - Treasurer

Richard is a recently retired financial professional.  He worked in multiple positions related to finance including as a controller and treasurer for local businesses.  Since retired, he has been operating a bookkeeping and consulting service to help small and mid-sized companies get established or continue their growth.  He is also heavily involved as a volunteer with various local non-profit organizations such as the Boy Scouts of America and the Jimmy Fund.

Geraldine Neistorowich

Geraldine has lived in Danvers since 1990 with her two children and husband, Steve. She has been a DCAT board member since 2012 and enjoys giving back to the community. She is employed as a Case Manager with the Northeast Arc. She enjoys traveling, and you can often finder her on the Danvers rail trail running or walking with friends.

As the President of Marketing Solutions, a Management Consulting firm, I provide Strategic Advice to Entrepreneurial companies as they look to make that next step in their success journey.

Using my 30 + years of Marketing and Management experience in the Consumer Package Goods environment, I help all types of companies, be they product or service driven, Business to Business, Professional Services or Retail, as well as Health Care companies here on the North Shore.

As a Volunteer, I’ve been involved with several Community organizations: I’ve been on the Danvers Family Festival Board of Directors since 2000, having served two terms as Chairman. Additionally, I’ve been on the Danvers Historical Society Board of Trustees since 2005, and serve on the Personnel, Operations, and the Nominating committee each year.

I have served on the Parish Pastoral Council at St. Richard Parish for since 2003, and for the past two years have chaired St. Richard’s Major Gift Initiative program where we are raising $600,000 for Accessibility, Safety and Security items and Deferred Maintenance repairs. Since 2010 I have chaired the Annual Sounds of the Holidays Concert, where we collect several thousand pounds of food for the People to People Food Pantry.

 

I have been a member of DCAT since 2013, and I have produced several programs, including the series: Moments of Gratitude, and The Jilly Martin Show, which I also hosted. I’ve also hosted The Artist Corner series, and co-hosted the annual Community Connection show for DCAT. Throughout the years I have used the facilities to film several green screen commercials for St. Richard events. I was elected to the Board of Directors in 2015.

Sandy Lane

DCAT Sandy Lane

As a lifelong resident of Danvers, Sandy has been educated through the Danvers School system and graduated from Holten High School.  She then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Biochemistry from Northeastern University.  Lane received additional training at Lynn Hospital School of Medical Technology and the Phillip Levin Laboratory in New Jersey.  Employed for forty years by North Shore Medical Center as a Medical Technologist and served as Supervisor of the Blood Bank, Chemistry and Hematology Departments and was also the Laboratory Safety Officer.  She was active in many hospital events and served on many committees until her retirement in 1999.

In 2019, she was recognized for her community service commitments and received two awards: the American Spirit

Award from Operation Troop Support and was honored at the State House by the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women, with the Unsung Hero Award from Danvers.

​

Lane is an active member of her Church, the Kiwanis Club, Polish Club, and Saint Vincent Depaul Society, a Board Member of the Friends of the Danvers Council on Aging and the Catholic Daughters of the Americas.  Presently, she is Financial Secretary of the CDA Court Henry A. Sullivan #584.  She is also a member of the Preservation Commission and is Treasurer of the Preservation Fund.

Sandy has been a member of DCAT continually since 2004 and was first elected to the Board of Directors in 2015 and is currently an active member.

Dick Moody

DCAT Dick Moody

Dick, the President of the Danvers Veteran Council and a previous winner of the Danvers Citizen of the year award, has lived in Danvers for 66  years and spent 23 years serving in the United States Air Force. While in the Air Force he was a Distinguished Graduate of the USAF Squadron Officers’ School and the Winner of the William Tell Award. Dick is passionate about helping those who have served in the military and co-founded Operation Troop Support with his wife in 2003, which is a national Non-Profit organization designed to help deployed soldiers and their families. As a member of the Governor's Handicapped Advisory Council, Dick produced a training film for the Boston Fire and Police Departments to demonstrate the best methods of evacuating disabled people from high rise buildings. Dick joined the DCAT Board of Directors in 2016 and is excited to be a part of a community-based organization and work with a group of people whose goal is to make the Town of Danvers a better place.

Ken McCullough

Ken has been the Assistant Branch Manager at NorthEast Community Bank in Danvers since 2015.  Ken has 13 years of banking experience, and seven years in a management or supervisor role. Ken has a comprehensive knowledge of consumer banking products, as well as financial services for businesses including SBA loans, lines of credit and term loans.
