DCAT welcomes you to join us in our efforts to develop and promote cultural, literary, charitable, educational, and public affairs local programming that addresses the interests, concerns and events taking place in and around Danvers. The purpose of DCAT is to provide public, educational and governmental ("PEG") access programming for the residents and organizations of Danvers. We allocate channel space and time to cablecast PEG access programming and we provide training to Danvers residents and organizations in the use of PEG access facilities and equipment.
