Greg Dolan - Executive Director
Greg has been involved in community media for over 10 years, working in all aspects of running a studio from tech to education, marketing, operations management, and more . Prior to joining DCAT he was the Executive Director of Bedford TV in Bedford Massachusetts. He has a bachelor’s degree from Endicott College and is still involved with the Endicott community as part of their Alumni Council. Greg is also a member of the Board of Directors for Mass Access, a non-profit advocacy group that looks to ensure the future vitality of Massachusetts Community Media Centers. Ginny Ahearn - Manager Of Operations & Staff
Ginny came to DCAT in 2002. Ginny has a BA from Salem State in business and worked for 11 years as an analyst for Gillette. Ginny lives in Danvers with her daughter Samantha and is the creative force behind the PEG access bulletin boards. Ginny's favorite part about working at DCAT is having the ability to apply her creative side to her job, and she enjoys working for an organization dedicated to her community. David Rodriguez - Access Coordinator
David joined DCAT in June 2017. He earned his BA in Communications, with a minor in Digital Media & Video Production, from Southern New Hampshire University. David previously worked with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats baseball team, where he was responsible for all aspects of in-game entertainment. Ben Thomas - Education and Government Coordinator
Ben recently graduated from Salem State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a minor in Interactive Multimedia. Ben is a lifelong resident of Danvers, and was previously an intern at DCAT in the summer of 2014. Gayla Bartlett - Underwriting Coordinator
Gayla has joined the DCAT team in 2015 as the part-time Underwriting Coordinator. She works closely with Danvers to encourage community involvement and partnerships. Currently she is the Past-President of DEEP the Danvers Educational Enrichment Partnership and the Danvers Kiwanis Club, on the Board of Directors for Building Bridges through Music, and is the District Public relations chair for Kiwanis and Lt.Governor Designate for division nine. She also hosts The DEW, the Danvers Education Watch Show on DCAT. Jennifer Napolitano-Assistant Programming Coordinator
Jennifer wears many hats in our organization. She has been a volunteer for Maple Street Church since 2010 editing the weekly service, and was named the 2014 DCAT Member of the Year. She produces the personal finance, show Money Talk, and in 2016 joined the DCAT staff part-time to help with programming. Jennifer has a BFA in Graphic Design from Syracuse University and lives in Danvers with her two daughters. Jennifer's extensive community involvement includes leadership in cultural enrichment at both Highlands and Smith elementary schools as well as past president of The North Shore Arts Council and the board of Danvers High School Academy Theatre.
