Greg Dolan - Executive Director

Greg has been involved in community media for over 10 years, working in all aspects of running a studio from tech to education, marketing, operations management, and more .  Prior to joining DCAT he was the Executive Director of Bedford TV in Bedford Massachusetts.  He has a bachelor’s degree from Endicott College and is still involved with the Endicott community as part of their Alumni Council.  Greg also served as a member of the Board of Directors for Mass Access, a non-profit advocacy group that looks to ensure the future vitality of Massachusetts Community Media Centers.  If you have any questions, you can contact Greg at greg@danverstv.org.

Ginny Ahearn - Manager Of Operations & Staff

Ginny came to DCAT in 2002. She has a BA from Salem State in business and worked for 11 years as an analyst for Gillette. Ginny’s duties at DCAT includes scheduling programming for the PEG channels, creating electronic bulletin board messages, and coordinating social media. She is also the Executive Producer of the long running talk show “Off the Shelf: Books on Tour”, which welcomes local and nationally known authors to speak about their latest book. Ben Thomas - Education Coordinator

Ben has been with DCAT since 2015, after graduating from Salem State University with a Bachelor of Science in Communications and a minor in Interactive Multimedia. Ben grew up in Danvers, and was previously an intern at DCAT in the summer of 2014. He looks forward to working with the community to create content that shows the diversity and spirit of Danvers. Gayla Bartlett - Underwriting Coordinator

Gayla joined the DCAT team in 2015 as the part-time Underwriting Coordinator. She works closely with Danvers to encourage community involvement and partnerships. Currently she is serving as the Governor of the New Englanda and Bermuda District of Kiwanis.She is a Past-President of DEEP the Danvers Educational Enrichment Partnership and the Danvers Kiwanis Club, a past member of the Board of Directors for Building Bridges through Music. She is the host of Lead on a show about community leaders as well as Faith in Your Community about the different religious organizations in our area.  She is also the Co-host of the Habitat for Humanity show with Don Preston.
